• All SSH/SCP/SFTP connections to the servers needs to be on port 2222, not the default port 22. You will have to adjust your DW/CMS accordingly. Open a ticket at the Helpdesk if you need to.


• Changed SSL certificate for IMAP4/POP3 secure connections, which will require you to specify www.warped.com instead of mail.warped.com as your mailserver (only applies to non-forwarding mail).


• IF YOU ARE NOT RECEIVING BILLING NOTICES YOU NEED TO OPEN A HELPDESK TICKET TO CHANGE TO A VALID EMAIL ADDRESS. MAKE SURE YOU ARE ALLOWING OUR EMAIL ADDRESS (billing@warped.com) AND NOT LETTING IT GO TO A JUNK/SPAM FOLDER.


• Those in charge of their own DNS, need to update the A for WWW of your domain to 66.111.43.131. ** Only change this if your nameservers are -NOT- set to NS1.WARPED.NET and NS2.WARPED.NET**


• Make sure you are connecting to WEB.WARPED.COM for your FTP uploads and have PASSIVE mode enabled. Also note that you no longer need to have /home/USERNAME/HTMLDIR, but simply HTMLDIR (eg, myfoobar.com not /home/foobar/myfoobar.com)


• PLEASE READ, ADD and UPDATE content in WarpedDox. Everyone can edit after creating an account on it.
